Permission matters
The planned directory will distinguish subscriptions, opt-outs and blocks. Being on a list alone will not authorize a campaign. Import and consent management remain in development.
Email allowance included
Each paid tier includes ten times its contact capacity in monthly emails. API and Mailer share that organization-wide sending allowance; the same send is never counted twice.

What counts as an active contact?
A unique address enabled for marketing during the month. The monthly count will be cumulative: deleting it does not free a place already used. Existing opt-outs and blocked addresses are not added as active.
Do API and contacts require separate subscriptions?
The current catalog assigns one plan to each organization. A Mailer plan includes a shared email allowance and contact capacity. It does not add two subscriptions.
Are contacts and campaigns sending today?
No. The app supports commercial plan preparation. The directory, imports, segments and campaigns are pending; sending and payments are disabled.
