Review will distinguish usable, invalid, uncertain and unchecked addresses. A summary will appear before changes are accepted into the directory.

Passing a technical check must not reactivate an opt-out or remove a suppression. Marketing eligibility also requires consent checks.

Can I upload a file here?
Not yet. CSV upload, batch analysis and the persistent directory are still in development. This page does not collect files or addresses.
Does a validated list have campaign permission?
No. Technical validation does not create consent. Audience source and permission must be documented separately.
Does deleting contacts free this month’s allowance?
The planned model counts unique addresses active during the month. Deleting one later does not erase its participation in that period. The persistent counter is still to be implemented.
